Misc: "The Baby on the Floor" was created by Bessie Collins Pease as an illustration for the book Chronicles of the Little Tot by Edmund Vance Cooke, published in 1905 by the Dodge Publishing Company, New York. The image was reissued by Gutmann & Gutmann the same year as a print, under the title of "The Sunshine of the Home".
