Misc: Sunbeam and Mischief are a paired work that Bessie created to show how the same child (even though the hair colors are different) could be a delight one moment and mischievous the next! The original painting used temperas and watercolors over charcoal, and the artist worked within 13 inch circles. Many people often purchased "Sunbeam" separately (rather than the matching pair), which accounts for the reason "Mischief" prints are more scarce, and valued higher.
